  1. Pre-enrolment Information

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no course materials have been accessed.
  • Course Transfers: Students may transfer to another course of the same value within 7 days of enrollment. Requests must be made in writing to support@homamacademy.com.
  • Visa Applications: Homam Academy does not provide visa sponsorship. Students are responsible for ensuring compliance with any visa requirements.
  • Cost Transparency: All tuition fees are clearly outlined on the website before enrollment.
  • Privacy Policy: Homam Academy complies with GDPR. Student data is collected only for academic purposes and is not shared with third parties.
  • Course Access & Expiry: Course materials are accessible immediately upon payment. Access expires Based on Subscription Periods(Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly)  after enrollment.
  • Technical Requirements: Courses require a stable internet connection and a device capable of streaming video content.
  • Supported Browsers: Courses are optimized for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
  • Internet Speed Requirements: Minimum 5 Mbps speed is required for an optimal learning experience.

Student Confirmation: Students must check a box confirming they have read and agreed to these terms before completing registration.

Homam Academy ensures a structured process for handling student complaints:

  • Filing a Complaint: Complaints must be submitted via email to support@homamacademy.com using the official complaint form.
  • Acknowledgment: Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours.

  • Any student that wishes to make a complaint to ACCA regarding your institution will be advised to follow your institution’s complaints procedure first. If the complaint is not handled to their satisfaction, the student then has the option to escalate their complaint to ACCA. If a student has exhausted both your complaints process and ACCA’s, they can escalate to the appropriate regulator.
